Callirhoe is a new construction project located just 140 meters from the beautiful beach of Skala Rachoni in Thassos.
It consists of 20 modern apartments, which have been designed with attention to detail. The interiors combine simplicity with modern architecture, offering warmth and comfort. The use of first quality materials serves two objectives: the safety of the residents and ensuring high energy efficiency. In addition, it is possible to decorate the spaces according to the needs of the residents to reflect their personality.
The garden of the complex is carefully landscaped, with beautiful plants that offer coolness and create a serene environment, ideal for relaxation.
In the surrounding area, there are traditional taverns where guests can enjoy local delicacies while listening to the waves gently crashing on the shore.
Complex Callirhoe is a unique market opportunity, which can be used both as a vacation home and as an investment.
